French Pharmaceutical company forms Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmetique USA subsidiary to acquire Genesis Pharmaceutical and C&M Pharmacal, marketers of Glytone and Wellskin skin care lines through dermatologists, firm announces Oct. 2.
