Separately, the firm announces the completion of the acquisition of the Parfums Molyneux and Parfums Weil product lines from Cosmetiques et Parfums de France I.D. S.A. for $3.45 mil. in cash and 200,00 shares of Jean Philippe common stock. Jean Philippe announced its intent to acquire the Parfums Molyneux and Parfums Weil brands in January ("The Rose Sheet" Jan. 11, p. 11)
