Executive Summary
European Community Commission amends annex to Council directive on aerosol dispensers passed in 1975. Amendments include adding to aerosol labels the warning "Pressurized container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius. Do not pierce or burn, even after use." When aerosol contents are flammable, a flame symbol and warnings including "Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material" and "Keep out of reach of children" are required. The amendments take effect April 1, 1995
