Lipsticks and nail colors featuring new formulas, shades and packaging will be on-counter in August. Clarins Colour Lipstick will include 50% more color pigments, filmogenic resins with "improved adherent properties," and a hyaluronic acid derivative stored in "phytospheres" to moisturize lips, Clarins notes.
