Executive Summary
Signs a letter of intent June 13 to grant Norway-based Nycomed Pharma AS the exclusive marketing and distribution rights to its Hydron skin care products in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Under a completed agreement, Nycomed Pharma would distribute the products to outlets including perfumeries, pharmacies and specialty stores. The agreement, the terms of which are still under negotiation, is expected to be finalized by Dec. 31. Separately, Hydron appoints Thomas Burns chief financial officer.
