Executive Summary
Company's trademark infringement suit against Federal Airport Transport Services (dba FAST), Marshalls and Model Imperial Sales Company is settled by Judge Charles Brieant in mid-July. According to Lauder, the defendants have agreed to refrain from improperly repackaging Estee Lauder products and to destroy any remaining inventory of improperly repackaged products.
