Executive Summary
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) Sept. 22 public hearing for consideration of the Alternative Control Plan (ACP) for consumer products will be held at the Hyatt Hotel at Los Angeles Airport. The ACP regulation would give manufacturers the option of designing a plan to regulate the volatile organic compound (VOC) levels in their products by limiting the aggregate VOC emissions of a number of products rather than limiting emissions on a product basis ("The Rose Sheet" Aug. 15, p. 1)
