OREGON RIGID PLASTIC CONTAINER FINAL RULES EXEMPT ALL TUBES from compliance with Oregon's rigid plastic container law. The rules, which were adopted by the Environmental Quality Commission Oct. 21, eliminate language from a July 22 proposal that would have exempted only "tubes which can be easily hand folded, flexed, and twisted without damage to the container."
