Cap Rose, the firm's Spring/Summer 1995 collection, bows Feb. 20. A new product, Liner Prism, is an "eye contour harmony" of three colors that can be applied both during the day and at night, the company says. Liner Prism incorporates two shades, one of which is a powder and the other a water-color, arranged around a "central iridescent hue" such as silver or gold. Available in black/violet/silver and brown/blue/gold shades, Liner Prisms are $22 each
