P&G PULLING TWO OIL OF OLAY HYDROXY PRODUCTS OFF STORE SHELVES WORLDWIDE after receiving complaints that "they are causing eye irritation for some people," the Cincinnati, OH-based company said Feb. 16. Sales of the two items -- Visible Recovery Series Renewal Lotion and Cream -- have been "voluntarily suspended" until "we can invent milder versions that can be used near the eyes," Procter & Gamble stated. The products were sold in the U.S., Canada and Europe; in Europe, the line is known as Oil of Ulay.
