Executive Summary
Oregon VOCs: State proposes rule setting maximum allowable volatile organic compound (VOC) by-weight levels for consumer products sold in the Portland area. Personal care products regulated under the proposed rule, which would go into effect Jan. 1, include hairsprays, hair mousses, hair styling gels, nail polish removers, shaving creams, antiperspirants and deodorants.
