CTFA on NJ proposed VOC rule: Association supports New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's "efforts...to enact a [volatile organic chemical] regulation that is feasible and consistent with regulations of other states" while the U.S. EPA is in the process of developing national regs limiting VOCs in consumer products, CTFA says.
