APS WILL APPLY MICROSPONGE TECHNOLOGY TO NEET HAIR REMOVERS after licensing the U.S. rights to the depilatory line from Reckitt and Col-man, Redwood City, CA-based Advanced Polymer Systems announced Aug. 17. Under the licensing agreement, APS will oversee the "manufacturing, sales, marketing, distribution, and product development" of Neet in the U.S., the company reported. While APS provided no up-front payment for the U.S. rights, the company has agreed to pay Reckitt and Colman royalties based on a percentage of third party sales.
