REVLON TO EXPAND COLORSTAY FRANCHISE INTO MASCARA, the company reported in its preliminary prospectus for an initial public offering filed Nov. 17. Revlon said it will add ColorStay Lashcolor mascara to its collection of "transfer-resistant" lipsticks, eye colors, eyeliners and lip pencils in 1996.
