Sadove has spent five years in the industry, joining the Bristol-Myers Squibb hair care division as president in 1991. In 1994, he was appointed Clairol Worldwide president, responsible for business in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Before coming to Clairol, Sadove was exec VP and general manager of Kraft General Foods-Dessert Division. Sadove, who will serve a one-year term as CTFA chairman effective immediately, succeeds Helene Curtis Senior VP-Business Development Chuck Cooper, who served as chairman for two years.
