J&J v. IGI: Johnson & Johnson's suit charging IGI with trademark infringement will now be heard March 18 in Camden, N.J. federal court. J&J is seeking an injunction to prevent IGI from manufacturing, selling, advertising or promoting its Nova Skin line under the "Nova" name ("The Rose Sheet" Feb. 26, In Brief). J&J launched its Renova prescription antiwrinkling cream in February. IGI holds a trademark for the Novasome name, which is used in conjunction with the firm's lipid vesicle technology.
