P&G v. Barcolene: Firms reach settlement in patent and trade dress infringement suit for Barcolene's Fresh 'n Gentle Vitamin shampoo and conditioner, a knock-off version of Procter & Gamble's Pantene Pro V product, P&G announced June 11.
