PROP 65 "60-DAY NOTICE OF VIOLATION" REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED BY CALIFORNIA EPA in a notice of proposed rulemaking published in the July 3 California Regulatory Notice Register. In its proposal, the California Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) specified the information requirements for "60-day notices" filed for the purpose of initiating private citizen actions against companies that do not comply with "The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (Proposition 65)."
