Estee Lauder/Palladio fragrance venture: Will launch one to two fragrances per year, with Lauder handling distribution and sales and Palladio handling the creative development and marketing, Palladio Fragrances GmbH said. The first scent produced under the joint venture, completed in January, is Kiton Men, which is bowing now in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Great Britain and Benelux. Kiton Men will later roll out to the rest of Europe, Asia and the U.S., although specific dates have not yet been set. The men's scent opens with top notes of lavender, bergamot, rosewood, clary sage and jasmine, leading to a heart of linden blossom, rose, melon and cedarwood accords. The base notes comprise orris, coriander leaf, oakmoss, tonka bean, tobacco leaf and moshus. The nine-SKU Kiton Men line ranges in price from about $65 for a 125 mL eau toilette to around $19 for a 200 mL shower gel...
