BEAUTICONTROL SALES INCREASE 7.3% TO $80.1 MIL. IN FY 1996 (ended Nov. 30), due primarily to growth in the company's cosmetics and nutritional supplement segments, BeautiControl Cosmetics reported Jan. 6. The direct-sales company's cosmetics business, which accounts for about one-third of sales or approximately $26 mil., increased roughly 6% over the prior year, the company reported. BeautiControl's cosmetics offerings were expanded in fiscal 1996 with the introduction of Double-Ended color combination lipsticks.
