Executive Summary
H&R Florasynth: Merging fine fragrance business into its Creations Aromatiques subsidiary under the leadership of President Brian Schmalz, effective July 1, H&R Florasynth announced April 8. As part of the restructuring, H&R Florasynth will assume responsibility for Creations Aromatiques' remaining fragrance and flavors businesses.
