MARY KAY's ELIGE MARKS SECOND UPSCALE, GLOBAL LAUNCH for the Dallas-based direct sales company; the "indulgent, sophisticated" women's fragrance will roll out in September to 18 of the firm's 27 international markets, including the U.S., Mexico, Canada, Australia, Japan, China, Taiwan, New Zealand and a number of European countries.
