Executive Summary
CEO Norbert Becker to assume all responsibilities for Dana North America and the firm's international business as part of a corporate restructuring designed to eliminate inefficiencies and overlap between divisions. CFO Robert Corso will head a newly consolidated accounting department headquartered in the firm's Stamford, Conn. offices. The company will also fold its children's toiletries brand Tinkerbell under the Dana Perfumes umbrella to be headed by Brand Manager Tracy Young. A number of positions have been eliminated as a result of the restructuring, including Dana Perfumes North America president, held by Marc Rovner, international president occupied by Al DeChellis and Tinkerbell general manager responsibilities held by Lisa Yarnell. Dana VP-Marketing David Makuen will become VP-market development and business strategy. He will be succeeded by Claudia Torelli, formerly international director, and Meredith Gray will join the Stamford team from RCI's Toronto office as marketing director North America.
