Mozais Lip Colour powder-creme formula will debut in September in four shades. Rouge #2 (true red), Prune #6, Nuage #5 (dusty rose) and Praline #10 (rich brown) will be available for $19 in refill sizes that fit the gold Mozais makeup case. The circular compact, which holds up to six pie-shaped color cosmetic refills in place magnetically, costs $37 unfilled.
