BeautyTrends division increases its prestige fragrance research scope from "what consumers are buying" to "why consumers are buying" with the acquisition of FragranceTrack from Fragrance Solutions, the Port Washington, N.Y.-based prestige beauty tracking firm said. FragranceTrack, an annual study based on interviews with 3,000 men and women, provides data on consumer perception, usage and brand and advertising awareness for approximately 75 prestige fragrance brands.
