Executive Summary

Curel Therapeutic Moisturizing Cream concentrated dry skin relief bowing in September in mass doors. The fragrance-free, non-greasy cream for dry, irritated skin makes use of "an exclusive cationic (positively charged) formula that bonds seamlessly with dry skin, which is negatively charged," the company claims. "Because the cationic emulsification leaves skin feeling smooth and cushiony, the cream can be formulated with higher levels of the most effective moisturizing ingredients - such as glycerin and petroleum - without [a] greasy or tacky feeling," according to Jergens. The 6 oz. cream provides 12 hours of moisturization and is "gentle enough for use on the face"
