Executive Summary
Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and Dry Scalp Conditioner are Clairol's newest introductions to the 39-SKU hair care and styling product brand. The Dandruff shampoo is formulated with 3% salicylic acid and contains a "unique blend" of natural herbs and botanicals such as iris, chrysanthemum and mulberry root. Dry Scalp Conditioner offers a combination of honeysuckle, daisy and comfrey humectants and plant-derived conditioners, the Bristol-Myers Squibb company said. "These products are gentle enough for daily use, deliver on their anti-dandruff promise and won't compromise beautiful hair results," the company claims. Clairol recommends using the products together. Both products, available now, are packaged in 12 oz. bottles for $3.29 each. The additions were showcased at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores Marketplace meeting in New Orleans June 6-9
