Executive Summary
Lady Caron women's scent bows in April as "an homage to America." Commemorating founder Ernest Daltroff's 1939 Ellis Island landing, the scent's clear glass bottle is embossed with the face of the Statue of Liberty, while the outer carton features a sepia photo of the statue with messages of hope as a background. The floral juice opens with top notes of magnolia, jasmine and neroli, leading to a heart of rose, raspberry and peach. A woody base is built around oakmoss and sandalwood. Prices range from $80 for a 1.7 oz. edp spray to $150 for a .5 oz. perfume extract. The fragrance will be sold in select Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom doors as well as the Caron Boutique, scheduled to open in Manhattan in the spring. A limited edition Baccarat bottle for Lady Caron will be unveiled at the boutique's opening
