Executive Summary
California Air Resources Board plans to release draft of the California Clean Air Plan, including summary, overview, strategies and environmental, economic impact, in February for 45-day comment period, CARB announces in recently released revised schedule. Plan originally was scheduled to be heard by the board in late 2001. CARB now plans to hold public workshops on the draft in "spring 2002," and plan will go before the board for consideration by mid-2002.
