Executive Summary
Health Canada, Environment Canada collecting information until March 8 on 123 substances that have been identified on Canada's Domestic Substances List as toxic or having potential of becoming toxic. Of the substances identified, 28 have International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient (INCI) names. Data request includes quantities manufactured, imported, exported, used or sold; industrial and potential consumer use patterns; concentrations in products; and unpublished persistence, bioaccumulation, toxicity and exposure data.
