Executive Summary
Sexual harassment trial moves forward after Chicago Court of Appeals rejects Dial's interim appeal on a motion of summary judgement Feb. 12. Lawsuit filed in May 1999 by Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleges approximately 90 female workers at Dial's Aurora, Ill. soap manufacturing facility were exposed to verbal abuse, pornography and assault.
