Executive Summary
President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Merchandising Officer Terry Lundgren to president and CEO, effective immediately, company announces. Exec will succeed James Zimmerman, who will remain chairman. Lundgren has been in retailing since 1975, when he began working for Bullock's, a former Federated division. He left Federated in 1988 to join Neiman Marcus as exec VP of stores but returned in 1994. Lundgren will have five corporate vice chairs reporting directly to him in Federated's new corporate structure.
