Executive Summary
Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) poses no significant risk at levels of 310 µg/day, according to September status report on Prop 65 safe harbor levels. Released by California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment, report also designates No Significant Risk Level for perfume ingredient Catechol as a "second priority" for the agency. Prop 65 requires safe harbor warnings on products containing ingredients known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity.
