Hans Van Bylen tapped executive VP-Cosmetics/Toiletries, effective July 1, 2005, company announces Sept. 22. Exec succeeds Uwe Specht, who has held the position for 20 years, during which time he oversaw Henkel's Schwarzkopf acquisition. Van Bylen joined Cosmetic/Toiletries in 1991 and in his current role is responsible for Henkel's international hair care and overseas cosmetics businesses.
