Executive Summary
Global non-exclusive licensing agreement between Senetek and Danish health care company Ferrosan will result in expanded mass market distribution of Senetek's Kinetin anti-aging technology, firm says. Ferrosan plans to market a line of skin care products with Kinetin under its Imedeen brand of oral skin care supplements, according to the company. Under the agreement, Ferrosan will manufacture and market the range in the mass market, as well as prestige, natural product and direct-to-consumer channels globally.
