Katz welcomed to CTFA board: The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association has voted to add Parlux CEO Neil J. Katz to its board of directors, Parlux announces Oct. 3. Prior to joining Parlux, Katz was the president of Liz Claiborne Cosmetics and of Revlon Beauty Care. He served previously on the CTFA board of directors from 1995 to 2002.
