Scott's Liquid Gold subsidiary Neoteric Cosmetics gains non-exclusive right to market skin care products using "certain alpha hydroxy acids for...the reduction of the appearance of skin wrinkles and the reduction in the appearance of skin changes associated with aging" under license agreement between firms announced Dec. 14. Agreement settles patent infringement suit initiated by TriStrata in 1996. TriStrata will receive fixed payment for alleged patent infringements and royalty on future sales of product covered under arrangement.
