Executive Summary
Interagency Coordinating Committee for the Validation of Alternative Methods likely will issue a draft report on four in vitro tests for detecting ocular corrosives and severe irritants to benefit downstream users, despite the fact the document will contain similar conclusions to separate background review documents released in 2004, NICEATM Deputy Director Raymond Tice, PhD, says during a Sept. 19 teleconference.
