Executive Summary
Avon President and Chief Operating Officer Susan Kropf will retire after 35 years with the company, direct-seller says March 9. Exec will step down from her position effective July 1 and will officially retire at the end of the year. Her successor will not be named, "in line with the company's new global operating structure," Avon notes.
