Executive Summary
President, Americas Thia Breen appointed president, Estee Lauder Americas and Global Business Development, effective immediately. She will report to Group President John Demsey. In her new role, Breen will be responsible for the "international business, financial control, and oversight of the new launch management function of the flagship Estee Lauder brand, in addition to her current oversight of the Americas business," Lauder notes.
